What we offer

1. PRODUCT DESIGN

We can create just about anything from sheet metal.

Our most popluar items are wall art, yard art, signs, gate accents, address numbers, and memorials.

Just tell us a rough idea of what you're looking for, and we'll come up with the design and product that's just right.

We will email mock-up images to you and make any changes your request until you give us your final approval.

2. FABRICATION

Our high-precision computerized plasma table handles cold-rolled sheet steel in sizes up to 4' x 4' and thicknesses from 18ga to 1/8-inch.

It's perfect for detailed designs with screw-holes and hooks that line up perfectly. And it's excellent at making parts that fit perfectly together.

We also offer light welding services for more complicated applications and installation options.

3. FINISHING

Each piece that we fabricate is deburred and cleaned of all slag.

The surfaces are prepared with a textured surface that better adheres to paint or clear coat and then washed for finishing.

We offer multiple finishing options including our signature rust patina with or without a finishing clear-coat.

Painted items are given two coats of sealing primer before two more treatments of a rust-proof top coat.
